I have a S&W19-4 and am having problems with the spent cases being ejected from the cylinder, they seem to expand inside the chamber and I have to use a brass rod inserted into the mouth of the case and tap out the shell, the push rod just moves a little after shooting, but works great with live rounds. This happens with factory or hand loads, I've tried light loading and still have the same problem.
And yes I clean the gun after every use at the range, also tried polishing the chambers with Flitz polish and still nothing.
Any suggestions would be helpful.
