    cheap featureless option

I've seen a number of threads about the cost of going featureless, it can really be done for very little money.

Here is a rifle I set up some years back, its a bit of kydex pop riveted to a standard A4 pistol grip (fin style), I added a thumb rest on the chamber side to give me more control of the rifle.

you could do this for $20 or less depending what you have in the work shop.

Yes, easy to do for relatively cheap if you dont care about looks. Would use the same rivet for a collapsible stock

trust me, this is not for looks (rather not have to do this crap), just the lesser of two evils, kinda like polishing a turd, but it minimizes cost and avoids reg

Consider how you'll feel once they require you to register your featureless rifle. Stuck looking ugly forever! Noooo

The day that happens is the day I convert all my AK's and AR's to pump action.

Great job op may have to try some kydex and a2 grip, might grind off the finger ridge. The idiots in Sac are overreaching, featureless will force them to realization that there objectives require all magazine fed semi automatic rifles be banned. A1 or A2 stocks and thread protectors are not ugly. trade you a grip for a magazine release and not have to pay to get on a bad gun list and the legal restrictions that go with it. To each his own.
