Put the bolt and receiver in a flat rate box and send it to KenDog or Greg Tannel himself.
Greg has great turn around times right now.
The 0.704 bolt in a 0.705 body has served me well for more than 15 years now with no issues.
Your brass will be straighter thus your gun will shoot better.

^^^ This, I have sent many Remington 700's to Greg Tannel for action work, the last came back around ten days, all bolt modifications, including raceway reamed, firing pin bushed lugs fitted, etc; double pinned recoil lug installed, etc.
