Looking for AR Gunsmith for precision build

I am looking for someone to do certain steps of an AR-10 type rifle build which I don't want to do myself because investing in the necessary work bench, vice and tools does not make economic or spatial sense for me. Any recommendations?

• Lapping the upper receiver barrel front face for 100% level interface with barrel flange
• Lapping barrel nut face for 100% level interface with barrel flange
• Bedding barrel extension to upper receiver (permanent bed OK / upper receivers are disposable)
• Seasoning barrel threads with multiple 85 lb-ft torquing, then torquing barrel nut to ~60 lb-ft while aligning gas tube
• Dimpling barrel and installing gas block
