Funny you say, I have been emailing Jeff the owner of American Gun Works and they look like a great shop, but he stated that they are very backed up. due to health reasons with only 1 fulltime gunsmith and 2 part time apprentices.
But if I can't find any other gunsmith, I'll definitely give them my business.

Bruce Gray of Grayguns does an amazing job with HK's (Sig Sauers and 1911's as well among others). If you've perhaps considered any upgrades, trigger work etc you might opt to send it off to them. They've done several of our and they are brilliant.
