im on my second build for a hk91 clone and ran into problems. the first one was before the barrel import ban so the barrel was headspaced and pressed and pinned into the trunion, it made things super easey. well the second one is with a new santa barbara barrel and its not pinned into the trunion, although it already has the barrel pin slot cut into the barrel. the receiver is all ready built and welded, but I cant manage to get the barrel pinned into the trunion. I looked for hk services and couldnt find anyone offering what i am looking for. If there is anyone who can point me in the right direction or a gunsmith who can help please let me know, traveling southern california isnt a issue. I would just really like to finish this so I can serialize and register it. thanks

There are a couple of ways of taking care of your problem, you may have the wrong size pin for the hole that has been drilled. You can order the correct size pin or re-drill the hole to the size of your pin.
Feel free to give us a call if you need help with this, we work on this all the time.
Thanks
Carlos
