Has anyone else had problems with their Modulus orders?

    Has anyone else had problems with their Modulus orders?

    I'm just wondering if anyone else has had issues not receiving the correct order when purchasing from Modulus? I recently purchased multiple upper and lower sets in the raw and instead received a single upper/lower set in black. We're talking about a pretty significant price difference here. Should I be worried?

    I'm hoping they are a reputable business with good customer service that will correct the issue. I'm stuck waitng until Monday as I have no way to contact them on the weekend. Normally I wouldn't be alarmed but this is my first purchase from them so I have no experience with them.

      Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining or angry. I was just trying to get info on others experiences. I understand mistakes happen. This is in no way meant to say they are bad folks. I was just wondering if it was common place or not. I spent a decent chunk of money and was a little nervous that's all.

        Depends on what they charged you for.

        If you ordered one thing and have a confirmation of it then were shipped something else i'd be a little ticked, If they took it upon them selves to charge your card the higher amount. I'd be screaming at my bank Fraud and going after them.

          My guess is with the mad rush going on there is bound to be mistakes. I've bought a few items from them and hadn't had any problems but it wasn't during a rush. Give them a chance to take care of it.

            Well that's why I was a worried. I was charged for what I ordered but the thing that really got me worried was the packing slip was correct for what I ordered but the contents of the box were not what I ordered.

            I can't reach them until Monday business hours so I started searching the forums to see what folks experience with them has been. So far everyone has said they're good guys and not to worry. That's been reassuring so I haven't called my credit card company to dispute the charge yet. I figured I would wait and see what the Modulus guys say.

            As long as they have a record of the actual weights of the packages sent it should be fairly easy to tell not only that I didn't receive what I ordered but also who did receive something extra.

            Let's hope all goes well. I still plan on ordering their jig next paycheck so long as this little hiccup gets fixed.

              Modulus customer service rocks!

              UPDATE:
              Just as everyone's been saying, the Modulus guys are good folks with excellent customer service. They called me first thing this morning and got everything straightened out. New parts are already on the way. They even sent out the proper parts without making me wait until they get their parts back! Now that's the kind of folks you hope to be dealing with when there's a problem.
