    80% HELP

Can anyone tell me if removing the part on my jig with the yellow tape will affect anything in the completing of this lower? No guesses please, but from someone that would know for sure. I don't want to trash a lower and a jig. I was told this 80arms jig would work on my lowers, but it just doesn't fit on the left side.
    thanks

Looks like you would just clearance the jig for the magwel. It shouldn't affect any of the jig to lower alignment.
The jig already has some of that area cut out.

If your jig indexes the receiver off of the front pivot pin and rear takedown pin, then you should be able to cut away all kinds of material from your fixture without harming its function.
