Hello I have a mosin nagant 91/30 with a pu mount. I was trying to get the mount detached from the rifle because it is blocking the serial numbers..at this point I don't mind if the mount needs to be cut or if any other way possible, just want the rifle to function..I posted some pictures but if more is needed just let me know..also i am in the 90020 zip code and don't mind a bit of travel..

If those screws are not welded in, I have a Japanese motorcycle screw remover that will get them out.
If they are welded in, I can drill out the heads.
