Could you post pics ?
Would help to see the barrel extension and/or feed ramps on the upper, IOW, how it is all assembled.
Could you post a pic of your bolt? Does the extractor look odd at all? Have you taken the bolt apart and cleaned everything?
Also, does the buffer spring and buffer seem to be ok ? Is the little pin there to hold the buffer back in the tube? Maybe the tube has come loose slightly?
Something must have changed, maybe some wear somewhere or a part is broken, etc...
Your load looks fine in the Hornady manual. That's a real plinker at 110 gr, I shoot 210 gr. SMKs in my 300 AAC pistol (subsonic) and they are crazy fun...sigpic--------- liber --------
From my cold dead end mill...

Your COL is the issue, I had the same issue with the 110gr Hornadys. After the first few shots fired the spring tension in the mag rops and rounds shift forward and back and so do not strip out properly and can not feed properly
Notice how much shorter they are than the 125gr TNT's

and this is what happens after you have fired a few and they are too far forward in the mag and do not feed properly
