Looking for a gunsmith...

Hope this is the right place to post...just bought my first AR...it's an M&P 15 Sport 2. Want to make some changes, in particular add a new Troy rail but even after viewing some "how to" videos I'm not really comfortable doing the work myself. Can anybody recommend a competent gunsmith in the Torrance or Beach Cities area...I live in Manhattan Beach just south of LAX.
