Reading OP and his friend's ordeal in dealing with JSE is cringe worthy. But OP would be in a much better standing if you could provide us with some nice close-up pictures/videos. Remember, public opinion is just like our court, the accuser needs to prove his claim with evidence.

This thread is exactly why I will always pay the extra money to buy products from well known, reputable manufacturers. These contraptions that we shoulder and rest our cheeks on are housing small explosions. If things go wrong, they can go very very wrong.

OP, good luck with getting a replacement but TBH I'd be pressing them for a refund.
