Fabricating Your Own Lower

I thought there was a sticky on fabricating your own AR15 lower receiver, and cannot find it now. I was wondering if a moderator would consider this request.

So, is there a monolithic post, and my search is just crummy? I'm looking to find out all I can about this. Raw materials, fabricating equipment, cost, how-to guides, the works. Like I said, I used the search function, but it's returning a LOT of nonsense these days.
