Converting Colt AR Lower to 9MM????

Has anyone converted a Colt Lower to accept 9MM and then installed a 9MM colt upper?

Can this be done with entirely Colt factory OEM parts?

    Thanks!

    Buy a mag block.

Just need the mag adapter and buffer. SOME 9mm bolts will have some interference with the hammer, and there is a specific "9mm hammer" but all the 9mm bolts I have used have worked fine with the standard AR hammer.
Fear is the spare change that will keep you broke

All you need is a mag block for the lower. I bought a Hahn.

Does it have a standard 0.25" diameter pivot pin?

            No experience with his work.
Only one I've read that drills for the Colt factory type mag adapters.
As far as all Colt parts, whats the point?
Any Colt lower you use is not going to be 9mm marked. Might as well use somebody else's lower.

I did it on a non-Colt lower with RRA parts. It works fine.

IIRC, M60 is/was one of the best in "ramping" 9mm bolts for function with normal AR triggers.

I just wish I could find one of these:

I guess QC10 colt 9mm lower ill have to do

Yeah, I've read that M60Joe was ramping bolts before ramping bolts was cool.
I think that anything labeled SMG on a Colt 9mm is a machine gun?
                    Never seen a semi one.
All the normal Colt 9mm lowers I've seen pics of have banned by name markings.
I've thought about asking Vaderspade to engrave those on an 80%, but that's pretty low down on the priority list, and its still fake.
It would be cool to have a DOE pistol build though.

PSA MAG Block works well for me, after attaching it with three allen screws at each side.
I wonder why I can't find them on their website lately .. I think a complete lowers sales are more profitable.
