AMD BUSHING SIZE

In regards to the following thread which I cannot request info on because it won't let me (to old?)

I wish to purchase an AMD-65 and will send the bullet button/screw/bushing-washers.

Only problem since I do not own one yet I do not know the bushing size.

Anyone know the following bushing/washer pack info to pin the AMD-65 shouldered screw push button.

ID= ?
OD= ? maximum (else it bumps into the pistol grip)
Height=? and is there any undersize or oversize tolerances?

I would ask in the other thread instead of creating another but the rules will ot let me. The thread seems to be more for builders than buyers.

If you READ the warning at the end of an old thread, you will see that all you have to do is check a little box and it WILL let you post in the old thread.
