Well DPMS is always short on stock no matter who you get it from. It worse no with panic buying but bear in mind the panic didn't start with July 1, it just ramped up.

The panic started when these bill were introduced.

As for a suggestion, I had to build my own due to lack of availability. you may have to do the same.

But If i were to build a true AR10 I'd get an LMT and be done.
