.22 LR Conversion

Hello,

I was wondering if putting a .22 conversion kit on one of my AR rifles will work if I still have a .223 upper on both....will shooting the .22 through a .223 barrel mess the barrel up?

No you'll be fine. It won't be as accurate as a real .22lr barrel, and you might get some lead buildup around the gas port though.
