Good afternoon, i fitted this SA Milspec with a beavertail last night and used a .220 jig. Everything looks great BUT it feels like it catches on something when grip safety is pressed down and it seems like it not going all the way out... It goes back out and disengages the trigger once you let go of the safety... Does anybody know what it could be? do i need to remove material from mainspring housing?

Color areas that are next to something with sharpie and put it back together. Work it a few times and figure out where it is rubbing. Clearance as necessary.
I have had to clearance grip safeties on the mainspring hsg. before. It is not uncommon. I have also had to clearance the hinge point, the sides, the arm itself, etc......sigpic
Stupid people don't know they are stupid. Because they are stupid. They will follow evil geniuses and do their bidding, because they are stupid.
Really super stupid people look up to, and follow stupid people like they were geniuses, because to them, they are. Unfortunately the reality of it is, that doesn't make stupid people any smarter.
That right there is the root cause to most problems in the world.
