Para SA 80% Build

Hello to you all,

I am new to the site and have seen a lot of good information about what has started as a flicker to a burning desire to build a 1911 Commander.

I am looking to buy the following frame and slide from Sarco and wanted to know if I will be chasing my tail with this or not.

I did find a para ramped barrel on ebay.

Would it be easier to find parts to build as an 70 series rather than 80?

Or should I go with plan B and go with either vytamenc tactical or tactical machining 80% as these are more generic 70 series SA frames where parts are more available?

Go stealth arms for your first one with matrix jigs

The sarco frames are more like 60% and require more work, more tools

I would agree also, I would go with the vytaminc tactical...better quality
and less finish work, etc.

I would also go with the Matrix jigs and fixtures, especially if your going
to do more than one frame...
