Take the firing pin and cocking piece out. Blow through the bolt like a whistle pretending it's a flute. Put it back together and back into the rifle. Leave it alone.
weg: That device is obsolete now. They replaced it with wizards.
frank: Wait a minute. There are more than one wizard? Is [are?] the wizard calibrated?

        Talk to Randall (AR15Barrels).

It's not a fixture... Unless you want straight flutes.

It requires a mill with a geared dividing head, old school way that i doubt anyone want to screw with as the math for the gear ratios is pretty heavy and take a while to set up.

Or a CNC mill with a 4th axis.

Best bet if he really wants it done and he wants helical flutes is to send it to Long Rifles Inc. it wont be cheep but it will be perfect.

My opinion it's a waste of money. There are far better ways to spend $100 or more on a rifle.

90% of the "work" done on rifles is a waste of money, that's the fun part.

A SWAT Monkey is a powerful psychological tool. Imagine you are a criminal hiding in a closet and you hear "Release the monkey!" You would shudder.

You might want to ask Randy Cain; he's in Glendora and does great work:
