    What does this mean for us? Is it set in stone?

    Not set in stone yet, but if passed, you would have to apply for a serial number from the DOJ before you build or assemble any firearms.

    Build now while you still can, at least stockpile the parts..
    But I don't come 'round here to meet nice people anyway
    And what the hell am I doing drunk in the middle of the day

      They are going to have to

      1. Suspect you have anything
      2. Prove you have anything
      3. Then make you do it.

      Same goes for the ban on mags.. BS prove it and enforce it.

      I highly doubt Brown will sign much of it.
