Harbor Freight Router

So I'm on my second lower build but my rigid router stopped working. I wont turn on. Has anyone on here used a Harbor Freight Router?

I did. Works fine. I used the plunge router. The base was too big to mill out the trigger pocket using the easy jig. Had to improvise and ended up with a not so straight trigger pocket on one lower. Learned my lesson on the next two.

Thats what happened with my first lower. I used the ryobi router and turned that in for the rigid.

Doesn't Ridgid have a life time warranty?

See if you can get the Ridgid R22002 full size router. It works a lot better then the trim routers do. More power and better speed adjustments.

I don't have any problems routing the trigger hole out with this full size router.

I like porter cable routers, but own a dewalt; the motors are made by the same manufacturer from what I hear.
I used them both for milling and TONS of woodworking; neither have never failed me yet.
