are ar10's getting cheaper?

searching around the internet I am seeing complete ar10's for around $700-900 , some are no name some are cheap brands. Is the market flooded right now?

In short yes
You can build a pretty high end AR15 or 10 for about a grand to your liking
Or
Mill a 80 out and knock a few hundo off that price
I suggest you build one from scratch, the way you want it from the start. Or you will end up with enough take off parts to build a whole rifle laying around your workbench

If you want to assemble an AR 10, do research and get the right parts for your particular lower receiver, and the right height rail for your upper receiver. Or just get the main parts from a single supplier (Aero for example) to make sure they belong together. AR10s are more finicky that way as you might already know. Get a quality barrel with matching bolt.

^ I can't agree with pklin more. .308 is a different animal and with no milspec make sure you get parts that function well together. If it's your first build to eliminate a large amount of issues I would get an upper and lower that milled to match (salt works, Cason engineering, aero, ext) then build around it. If you looking to spend $$ I'd spend most of it on a good barrel blank and bolt to match it.
