TM 1911 ejector is way off, or I am doing something wrong?

So I bought some sarco frame kits to finish two TM 1911 frames and while installing parts for a quick fit I encounter the ejector to be way off, I am doing something wrong? am I suppose to file it down?

I'd get a new ejector, but you can file it to fit. Some ejectors comes oversized to fit

File to fit..what'd you think this is..an ar15 build!?!? Hahaha just kidding OP, but vlady is correct, some come over size for fitting. I had to file to fit for both 9mm and 45 slide using Wilson combat's ejectors.

Get an over sized ejector from harrison and file to fit.
