    1911 sight cuts

Hey guys. I'd like to know what sight cuts these are on my Dads Isralie Arms m5000 commander 1911. Sorry for the bad picture. I'd like your opinions but I will have a local Gunsmith take a look too. Thanks.

History can repeat itself, and it will soon. And when it does, it won't be the North and South. It'll be the "US Government" and the TRUE American people fed up with the Governments insidious ways, fueled by determination to see this Country return to its former glory.

You can barely tell it has sights.

But a picture will not tell the whole story. it needs to be measured.

I know, the sights seem really bad. I'll just take it to a gunsmith.

I think KCscott was referring to the dark and far away picture. A close up of the rear sight would help. Looks like a Para Cut but hard to tell.

I meant I know I need to have it measured. I'll take a better picture when I get back. Hate taking pictures with my iPhone but it's all I have

How do I get it bigger? I never figured out how to resize them. I go to manage attachments and chose the photo and upload. But it's always a small version.

I use the app Imgur on my phone or the site. Allows you to upload a a full size photo (like a 2+MB) then copy a link that's sized done or in original.

Ok thanks guys. I'll try Imgur or photo bucket and take a picture with some more light too

No need for the whole gun in the picture. Close ups of sights only. Profiles would probably be the most useful.
