Installing Trijicon Night Sight Set AR-15

I would like to install these on my AR "Trijicon Night Sight Set AR-15 Steel Matte 3-Dot Tritium Green".

Do these require an A2 front sight, and what rear sight ? Mine is currently a flat top, so all I have is a rail.

Have the front sight on my Bushmaster M4. It installs on a standard front sight base. A1 front sights are a round profile and A2 front sights are square. The rear sight here would be for an A2 rear sight assembly.

My suggestion would get a detachable A2 carry handle and install the rear sight

Much thanks for the info. I'm likin that front sight, but it looks/seems the rear sight has limited options. Do you know of anything that doesn't utilize the carry handle ??

Look for sights that say they utilize the A2 front sight post or the A2 rear aperture. There are lots out there; I would guess most of them are flip-up.

you can use the standard a2 sight post or most flip up/ solid front signt mounts will accommodate the threading

Those all look good, except maybe the KAC Micro, which looks like it's using a smaller post. Best way to confirm for sure is to check manufacturer's website or shoot 'em a call or an email.
