Barrel threading for REM 700

can anyone recommend a gunsmith that will thread a Remington 700 barrel, I want to install a Precision Armament muzzle break on it, I am in the south bay and can travel as far as Sacramento

I am in Oakhurst. About the same distance from SJ as Sac. Or you can put your barreled action in a box and ship it to me. Brown truck or mailman only one day away.
