LR-308 Build

Need some help on a LR-308 build. I built one 2 years ago with no issues. Now im building another but can seem to find a stock extender similar to this http://www.midwayusa.com/product/613...aluminum-matte
my question is, are there other extender/spacers in the market that i can use.

Note: extender is needed to the PRS stock. without it, the adjustable cheek rise gets in the way of the charging handle.

It sounds like you are using a PRS stock meant for 223 sized receivers.
Get the 308 specific PRS stock.

thanks for the help. not sure if they sent me the wrong stock but this is my second build and both PRS i have gotten, box are marked 308 but does not have the cut out. sounds like i might have to pull out the dremel..lol

The cutout you see above is a 223 stock that someone cut the cheek-piece on to make it clear the charging handle.
The 308 model is the bottom one in the picture.
Note how the shape of the cheek-piece is different on the front than on the back.
