heres my little review on both the 80% arms easy jig and their billet .308 lower.
the lower looks great no machining marks or any other blemishes what so ever.
the jig fits the lower perfectly and i feel it is a better designed jig over their ar-15 easy jig, because of the way it fits into the take-down pins vs. the 4 screws the ar-15 jig has.
i used a hand drill to drill out the top holes because it made quicker work of them then my drill press and a Mikita router. Only issue i had while milling this lower out was my router ran out of depth adjustment and wouldn't reach the last 1/4 inch or so. i had to remove the milling guide and the router platform and use just the spacer and the already milled walls as my guide to get to the required depth to finish it off. which is at no fault to the jig at all.
my one complaint about the jig is the lack of drill bushings for the safety selector. no matter how many lowers i finish with this jig i can never get them perfectly lined up.
