    80% AR9 lower

I'm looking to build a AR9 that will accept 9mm Glock magazines. Has anybody had any expertise on this subject? I looking at the New Frontier Armory C-9 80% lower with the integrated magazine catch assembly and ejector. I want to run the Glock magazines since I own a 9mm Glock.

I can't seem to locate a drop in kit that will accept Glock mags in a regular AR15 lower. I already own a 80% arms easy jig , so don't know if this jig will work for NFA C-9 80% lower ? Called 80% arms and they said that NFA was not really "mil spec" and did not recommend using their jig with that lower. According to the NFA website , they say mil spec and most jigs will work.

NFA 80% C-9 lower only comes from them raw. Was trying to find other options for Glock lower . Or another 80% anodized lower with Glock mag acceptance?

There's a thread floating around in here I think the title is "the complete guide to building a 9mm ar". Has all the info you need. The op built one from the NF you speak about and apparently runs flawless. Waiting to get my NF 9mm 80 so I can dump my QC 10 glock lower. Good luck with your build and post pics/thread

Update. Got the New Frontier C-9 lower and the 80% Arms Easy Jig will not work. The top plate will not bolt up cause the lower at the magwell is too thick. New Frontier has been out of stock of their jigs. Is there any other jigs that will work with this lower? The 80% Arms Easy Jig was nice for the TM lower I milled, and I really prefer the router based milling.

The modulus arms jig will work on the New Frontier Lowers. Unfortunately, like you, I found out the hard way that the universal 80% arms easy jig didn't work with the NF lowers.

Just ordered the Modulus Arms new Heavy Duty Jig. Looks like their on back order till the end of the month, and the rep for Modulus said it will work for all lowers that use a standard mil spec upper.

How does your jig work on the AR-45 lowers?

Obviously, the fat mag well is the concern.

80%ers are on sale for $225.00 at the moment, I may have to jump on it.
