never work when you are tired
stupid mistakes happen.....i was working on a lower that will become a pistol soon. when i was milling out the rear shelf i notice sparks fly. stop the router and check it looks good so i take another pass. more sparks, feeling annoyed because i am so close to being done and it is giving me problems i tighten the end mill and take one more pass, huge amounts of sparks. then i see it.....i never removed the rear jig screw so i am milling right through it 
rookie mistake.......... take it out, thankfully i did not cut straight through so it was easy to remove, then finished the shelf. it looks good and the jig, lower, and end mill were not damaged but i will need to replace the screw. i will keep the screw as a reminder to never work tired, been using the easy jig for a while now and have never made a mistake. first time working tired and i jack up one of the jig wall screws... at least it was only the screw and not something more expensive.
