Type 3 anodizing over glass bead blasting.

reloading is like building tiny rocket ships. and testing how well they fly (or dont).

I love Randall's very matter-of-fact response, picturing a slap upside the head a-la Gibbs from NCIS.

Other than sending it out (or anodizing at home if that's up your alley) Duracoat or a similar spray-on coating might not be too bad. BUT, I'll caution that I had a lower built of an 80% that was only Duracoated and the coating wore away on the inside of the pivot pin lugs leaving bare aluminum.

So really, Randall is right. Type 3 hard coat anodize is going to be your best bet.

Where would one send an 80% lower to get this done?

Google "firearm anodizing" and pick one. There are way too many to post.

Just make sure that if what you're sending out has been completed, the shop needs to have an FFL unless you're present while the work is being done. (I think...) If you're shipping the firearm out I can guarantee you need to find a shop with an FFL.
