    HK G3 mags

    How do I covert HK magazines from 20 to 10 rounds? Websites?

    G3 and HK91 10/20 Block for 7.62x51mm or .308 magazines. This new design is held to the spring by removing the locking plate and installing the spring into the hole in the block. See the photo for an example.

      The mag block ones above IMHO are the best option from a functional point of view, as they go inside the spring and don't preload the mag spring. They are more finicky to actually put together though.

      (which are radlock so you might get them elsewhere)
      These are IMHO higher quality and probably easier to put together, but do preload the mag spring.
      Don't forget drills/rivets/epoxy.

      hkparts.net also has cut down 10 round mags, but they are pricey.
