Thanks for all the help. I'm making a sear jig at work, but in the mean time I carefully honed/polished the hammer hooks and main sear cut, I've read to many horror stories about people buggering up sears with out a jig, so for now just a light polish, and I did hone a relief or breakaway cut as there was none on the original sear.
The main sear cut is not perfect, but I'm not going to do anything else to it until I get my sear jig made. The trigger pull is quite nice, as it is now, I would estimate about 4 lbs, no creep, and no hammer follow. I'll still get that sear jig made, when I can sneak it in at work, but I'm not in as much of a hurry now.
