Average cost to stake a new front 1911 sight?

As of now, slide is already stripped of the old sight and I have the right sight with the proper tenon and height.

What I don't have is the staking tool. I know brownells has them for around $40 but I would more then likely using it once and have it gathering dust or maybe one other job. So whats the average price to have a gunsmith do it?
