I picked up a Rockwell vertical mill, Mod. 21-100 S/N. DX993. Bought a Phase converter from phase- o -matic to convert my dryer 230v,20amp single phase to 3 phase power to run this bad boy. Electrician did the connection for me last week.
Runs like a champ but the tables need going over they are dirty and want some lube. I'm seeking someone to help me calibrate it and have someone with more knowledge share some wisdom before I get knee deep into playing with it.
It will need a Brush cap for the variable power feed motor, lost in transport, before i can use that part of it. It's a GE Mod. 5P68MA132T 115v Motor. I will be calling general tool and supply in Sunland this week to see if I can buy one. If someone knows a vendor that might have one that would be helpful.
It resides in Santa Clarita currently. If you or someone you know can help with calibration and a few tips to get me started I'm willing to compensate You/them with green backs or barter.
