I would say that it would be beneficial to describe your experience on the common pitfalls and error points that folks can get into with polymer 80% lowers, before asking folks to opine in how they messed up.

Remember, the Poly 80 craze was partly fueled by folks not wanting the .gov (particularly the Kalifornia .gov) to know they had an AR, and also fueled by a "lower cost" alternative to milling an aluminum 80% (poly's were $50-60 while aluminum were ~$80+).

I am interested in your input, but don't expect anyone to ask you for it unless you demonstrate you know what you are talking about.

Very important point. Always drill your hammer, trigger and safety holes First.

Why? I've done a few and always drilled the pin/selector holes last, one side at a time, and all turned out good

I am assuming your offer to "give back" is now rescinded?
Maybe there were many others waiting in the wings for your advice before they came out and asked for assistance.
I am still looking forward to your insight and experience on the common pitfalls you have seen (and have been able to correct) with 80% polymer lowers finished at home.

I think that contributes much more to this site, and reached a broader audience than buying Saiga parts overseas or selling .410 modified ar-15 uppers ever will.
