yeah you need to actually post a link

And theres a reason it's free. it would cost more to move then it's worth as scrap

A link would definitely help. A lot of folks have moved similar machines, those were pretty good 'ol machines. Would sure beat working on a mini-mill if someone has the space.

You can move a lot of weight with some pipes...but yeah, if you have a decent lift that will make it easier if you can get to it.

That's not a salvage job, its a career move to resurrect it from the dead.

And where can you get new/used replacement parts if something is broken, not working?

Might make sense for someone who is retired and enjoys working on that sort of stuff.

LOL...were you expecting to walk down to the local 7-11 and find parts? That's a question you need to ask on a machinist forum, they'll tell you where you can find parts...it might go something like this...

It's ashamed to send old iron to the scrap heap, but there is one candidate.

Someone that's a hobbyist will take it, I'm sure. If you've got nothing but time.......why not?

Yeah see that's the problem, if you have nothing but time that's what happens to machines, they rot. you need more then time, you need experience, and the blind stupidity to move the machine and start rebuilding it, And hopefully the blind stupidity hasn't worn off so you can actually put it back together
