    Thanks to leelaw's great idea and clear instructions, (leelaw's FN mag disconnect disabler), I was able to disable my magazine disconnect without permanently altering my 5.7.

    Next...I hate safety levers. They are only safe for the bad guy. I could either remove some metal from the safety shaft, or I could completely remove the safety shaft and levers altogether. I am wondering if anyone else has disabled or removed their manual safety...how to?
