    Installing anschutz rail

Well, I broke my sling swivel stud off in the stock and figure I might as well put a rail in.
Its a b&c and not really worried about looks. I don't have a mill but do have a table saw and dado blades. Will that work?... Cut it out, put in a couple of pillars, seal the foam with west system and bed it with devcon. What do you think?

I think you might be better off jigging up the stock and using a router.

The jig would also pilot the router base for a smooth and perfect cut.

Thats what I might do If I didn't have a mill.
