PSL Build

I have an original PSL kit with original barrel etc...
I am trying to build this on a bent receiver with no holes or cutouts. I have two drawings with specs for holes and cutouts but they don't match! Does anyone have a set of prints that they have used and know to be correct? I could really use a known good set. Thanks in advance for any help.

I used the print from that website... there was some descrepencies between them and the CSS ones, I assume that is where you got your 80% right?

I have a century psl though that I was able to make comparisons and take measurements from. It runs fine.

Theyre just bigger AKs so theyre pretty forgiving.

Of the several PSL's I built I would say they all had some quirks to deal with. It made me wonder about the kits we were getting. Were they all rejects, is that why they got cut up?

I've looked at the Thompson Machine sight and don't know what will open those files (don't have software for Cad stuff). The receiver blank I have came with the kit and I've had it for a few years, don't know who makes the blank. Are the hole relationships for the fcg the same as an ak?

Ok, I found a viewer for the DXF files and I'll give it a go.

Like big bob said they pretty much have to be hand fit. I wouldnt totally trust any prints completely. Start at the front and work back. The FCG is in the same relationship as an AK its just further back on the receiver, so make sure the hammer hits the bolt where it suppose to.

My receiver blank measures 10.110 overall length, I have side plate material for the rear trunion reinforcement. Does the rear most trunion holes only go through the reinforcement plates?
If anyone has the measurements of the relationship for the selector lever hole to hammer and trigger pin holes, I would appreciate it, the prints I have reference the selector and rear trunion holes from the rear of the receiver and all others from the front! WHO DOES THAT!

Top is AK bottom is PSL

Yes the rear most rivet only goes thru the stiffener plate.

And the selector in relationship to the trigger and hammer is exactly the same as an AK.
