If I wanted to buold an ak pistol out of a m72 kit . I'm guessing all I need would be a m92 gas piston and rear sight block and dust cover. Mabe a front sight gas block . I see them cheap for 14 mm threads. The other parts not easy to find any ideas? Am I missing any parts? For a barrel a guy on here has a Romanian rpk chopped to 16 inchs! I waiting to hear if he will ship it. I was going replace the barrel with ak builder barrel.
I know it's not an ideal set up but it would be fun to build. It would look funny . But it should be the cheapest pistol kit. It should limit recoil a bit too.
