Hi guys an girls
I just finished my 80% 1911 TM
Order a sarco kit for my first attempted
Everything works fine
When the slide an barrel are install it racks
Ones I put the slide stop the it won't rack
Can anyone help me our guide me to the problem

As I mentioned in another thread, I had the same issue with my TM frame and the fix was to install the EGW #2 link, which is about .005" shorter than the standard one. It fixed the issue.

Or your barrel seat is not deep enough.

Is the barrel dropping, then it won't go any further?

The barrel sits in fine
I'm gonna start with the #2

Had the same issue with the TM frame. Different link solved the issue. I was stumped as to why it racked fine with the SSE barrel last year until Randall pointed out my problem and sure enough the link on the SSE barrel was a tad shorter. Swapped out that link into the new barrel and viola, perfect lock up.
