Fixing Engraving

So I think this is the right place to ask this.....I have a Marlin 336 in 30-30 from 1973. Overall it is in really great condition.....except...at some point a previous owner used something like a dremel tool and lightly etched his name into the receiver. Is there a way to fix this or does it need to be refinished/reblued? If so any Sacramento area suggestions? Thanks all.

Pretty much have to sand it out blend it in and refinish
