    Nope. The 3 ports are equal distances apart, so the forces should just cancel each other out.

      Is this on a 5.56? Because I feel there is not enough recoil nor muzzle rise to even warrant a brake.

      But in your case the brake you are using, it don't real matter, as stated above ports are equal spaces so it will have a neutral effect on muzzle rise


      This is the brake I run on my weapons




      notice the only hole in it is for the bullet to pass through.

      I made this to go on my featureless rifle, It's quiet and I don't have any issues with muzzle rise recoil.

        I've never really noticed a huge flash on mine or any of my brothers rifles, and we run everything from my brake above to a JM three port brake that is about as loud as you can get. No real huge fire ball at all. at dusk it's worse but not much.

        Now my AK pistol..... That was a flame thrower.

          I always just clock the port and the logo to the top.
          I have a big box of shims of all different sizes though...

            How did you make that brake? Does it make much difference in felt recoil?

            I like it, clean and simple. Probably lighter than the Levang too.
