    Mossberg 590 A1 Trigger Group!

I took apart the trigger group of my Mossberg 590A1 to totally clean it out and polish a few mating parts.

Taking it apart was not difficult, BUT putting it back together is a real pain. I managed to bugger up the small trigger spring. It took me a while to figure out that, that small trigger spring DOES NOT go on the end of the mainspring plunger, but it has to go down pass the mainspring plunger end, and rest on the rear of the trigger guard frame!

I ordered two spare replacement trigger spring from Brownells. Its not easy, folks, the way it's shown on youtube videos. Also, mating the trigger bar to the sear and fighting the small springs in the front is a nightmare.

Your hands are actually doing three, even four things at the same time, while fighting againts spring pressure. The process is further complicated that there is no space to insert your finger where actually needed and there is no peep-hole to look at things.

Don't try it when you are tired or sleepy. Also, when you get frustrated, take a break.

    Just passing this along.
