Hi everyone, i just picked up a 1956 model 37 ithaca in 20 gauge and while it shoots beautifully i noticed it has some feeding issues. It seems that every so often the shell wont eject from the magazine tube when the slide is racked, it sticks behind for some reason, but if i push it back and let it spring forward it will usually will sit just fine, i also noticed today that it ejected both the empty shell and a new shell at the same time?!! what is going on, it shoots so nicely but it is so annyoing to have these problems.
Also what does the yoke do? Is it supposed to clamp on the barrel on both sides, as mine doesnt seem to touch both sides but the barrel is tight.
My gun

When the shell doesnt come fully forward

the slide wont rack completely

if i seat the shell like this it works fine

also the yoke doesnt touch on the right side of the barrel.
