TAC-1 Diminished Light Training will examine shooting in low light situation where students are given the option of deploying a flashlight or weapon mounted light to aid in visual identification of threats and marksmanship. Discover how the law enforcement community train to deal with deadly encounter in low light situation.
What: Pistol-II(C): Diminished Light Training

Where: Angeles Shooting Ranges Fort Angeles
Prerequisite: Pistol-I(a) & (b)
Recommended Courses: Pistol-II (A) & (B)
Ammunition: Approx. 300 rounds each module

Moving in low light
Moving off the line of force
Malfunctions in low light
Blinding suspect
Flashlight techniques
Use of Cover with Lighting System
Combined skill evaluation & qualification
