Calguns Members,
Come train with us on SATURDAY, December 19, 2015 @ 4:00pm at Angeles Shooting Ranges located at 12651 Little Tujunga Canyon, Eagles Nest "C" Lake View Terrace, CA 91342.
The following will be covered:
-Lumens
-Flashlight selection
-Pistol Mounted Lights
-Flashlight techniques - Rogers, Harries, Ayoob, Neck Index, Modified FBI, Reverse Harries, Chapman
-Illumination techniques
-Shooting from cover
-Malfunction drills while using flashlight
-Various drills
Course Requirements:
Clients should have eye and ear protection (we'll provide ear protection if you don't have any). A good holster (preferably kydex), sturdy belt and magazine carrier (with belt loops). A semiautomatic handgun (9mm or higher caliber). At least 3 magazines. A hat and sun screen. Cargo pants are recommended. A small bag to carry your equipment. Clothing for seasonal weather. Adequate water and snack/lunch. Approximately 300 rounds...factory rounds if using our handguns.
-Handheld "tactical" flashlight ideally with a pressure on/off switch. Clear shooting glasses.
Requirement to attend:
Handgun 1, 2 or Skill Builder with Phoenix Tactical Solutions. As there are numerous reputable schools in the area, please call to discuss qualification to attend if you have taken previous handgun classes. Safety is paramount, to that end, we will have to make an on site assessment regardless.
