NRA / Winchester Qualification Question

I'm preparing to administer part of this program at the club I belong to.

I want to run the tactical rifle qualification and get some folks classified as Distinguished Expert.

My question - anyone have an idea what the time allotment is (or is suggested to be) for a string of fire?

In the qualification info it states:
"All scores are either a hit or a miss; and all shots fired within the time allotted."

However, it mentions nothing about what that allotment should be. Many of the others denote the time allotment where applicable, but not here.

Any thoughts?

In highpower...A string of offhand is either 10 or 20shots allowing 1min per shot,same for slow prone.In rapid, strings of 10 shots are fired in 60 and 70 sec at 200 and 300yds.

I shoot some high power and gave it some more thought last night.
I'm thinking of matching some of that kind of timing to various strings, but since it's a tactical rifle course of fire no one will be getting a high power type time allotment for offhand. They'll have to be a little more snappy. Plus the scoring is hit or miss on a silhouette so less time is reasonable for a few reasons.

I'll have to layout specific times in my course of fire planner spreadsheet based on number of rounds, position, distance etc.

Was just wondering if anyone's shot a similar course of fire.

The NRA folks who administer the program are very responsive, so I recommend calling and asking them. The pistol programs have been run at our monthly shoot in Burbank for the last year or so with great success.
